Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Policy

A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

Full payment must be completed before the start of the या त्रा (journey), unless otherwise agreed in writing. In case of partial payment arrangements, the customer must strictly follow the agreed schedule.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as per company policy and depend on the timing of cancellation. Any cancellation must be informed in writing or via official communication. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting hotel, transport, and service charges. Peak season bookings may be non-refundable.

3. Changes / Modifications

Any changes in travel dates, hotel, or itinerary are subject to availability and additional charges. Last-minute changes may not be possible.

4. Hotel & Accommodation

Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case of unavailability, similar category hotels will be provided. Standard check-in and check-out timings must be followed.

5. Transport & Sightseeing

Transport will be provided as per the selected package only. AC may not operate in hilly areas or during parking. Sightseeing is subject to local conditions, weather, and government regulations.

6. Responsibilities of Customer

Customers must carry valid ID proof during travel. Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicle will be charged to the customer. Customers must follow local rules, laws, and discipline during the tour.

7. Delays & Uncontrollable Situations

The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, political issues, or any unforeseen circumstances. Any additional cost arising due to such situations must be borne by the customer.

8. Liability

Mr Infinite Travels Pvt Ltd acts only as a travel organizer and is not liable for any injury, loss, accident, or damage during the tour. We are not responsible for loss of luggage, valuables, or personal belongings.

9. Itinerary Changes

The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary in the best interest of the tour due to operational reasons.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
